Good news: Starting this Tuesday, October 6th, you can skip the screen and just walk up for a surprise!

Every Tuesday, 10 AM–3 PM, find us at 5629 119th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006 — right next to Ginko Coffee. No order, no code, no countdown timer. Just show up, see what came out of the oven that morning, and grab it.

This coming Tuesday's lineup: Pan de Cresta and a few pastries — not the full menu. If you're hoping for something specific, pre-order is still the way to lock it in.

Pre-order isn't disappearing — it's still your best shot at a specific item on a specific day. Think of the walk-up table as the spontaneous version: for the days you're just passing by and hoping something good is waiting.

One thing hasn't changed, though: we still bake in small batches, so what's on the table might not last till 3. If there's a flavor you can't risk missing, pre-ordering is still the safer bet.

Tuesday. 10 to 3. We'll be there — will you?

Up until now, the only way to get Cresta Seoul has been to pre-order online. Starting Tuesday, October 6th, we're adding something new — one day a week where you can just walk up, browse what's out, and buy on the spot. No order needed.

Pre-order pickup isn't going anywhere — that's still how most weeks will work. We just wanted a way for people to stop by, see what we baked that day, and pick something up without planning ahead.

One thing worth knowing: everything is still handcrafted in small batches, so quantities are limited just like always. If there's something specific you don't want to miss, pre-ordering is still the safer way to make sure it's yours.

We're still finalizing the exact time and location. Stay tuned — we'll share the details here as soon as they're set.

It's finally here. After all the testing, tasting, and quiet days spent waiting for dough to prove, Cresta Seoul is open.

If you've been watching the site slowly come together over these past few weeks, thank you for your patience. There were a lot of small things to get right before we felt ready to say it out loud: the fermentation times, the flour, the packaging, even the little details on this website. None of it happened overnight, and honestly, some days it didn't feel like it was happening at all.

But it did. And today feels like the right day to say so.

Cresta Seoul started from something pretty simple — a love for real sourdough, made slowly and honestly. Every loaf here is naturally leavened and fermented for over 26 hours, with select flour and nothing that needs a long ingredient list to explain. Alongside the sourdough, we bake a small, rotating lineup of Belgian chocolate cookies, madeleines, and seasonal treats — including gluten-free options for the days you want something a little different.

The ones closest to our heart, though, are the pieces that carry a bit of Korea in them — black sesame, Jeju matcha — flavors we grew up on, folded into a French pastry tradition. That mix is really what Cresta Seoul is about.

Everything is handcrafted in small batches, which means some weeks look a little different from others, and some things sell out. That's not a flaw in the plan — it's the plan. We'd rather bake less and bake it right.

For now, pickup is every Tuesday from 1–2 PM at Newport Hills Woodlawn Park, and orders go live through the site ahead of each date. If you're nearby in the Bellevue–Redmond area, we'd genuinely love to have you try a loaf.

This is just the beginning, and there's a lot we still want to build — more flavors, more consistency, more of the little touches that make this feel like ours. But we didn't want to wait for "perfect" any longer. We wanted to start.

Thank you for being here from day one. More to come — see you at pickup.
